Leah Morrow
Women’s Health Lead & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Leah specialises in the assessment, treatment and management of women’s health symptoms, returning to fitness postpartum, and supporting people to return to sport after injury. She supports clients from early rehabilitation through to building strength, resilience, and confidence for real-life movements and sport. With experience in acute orthopaedics within the NHS, she has a strong foundation in injury management, before and after surgery rehabilitation, and evidence-based care.
A keen horse rider and a former competitive rower, Leah understands the physical and mental challenges of recovering from injury, surgery and pregnancy.
Leah is passionate about delivering rehabilitation that isn’t just about reducing symptoms, but about rebuilding trust in your body and confidence in what it can do.

Rich Saxton
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist & Paediatric Lead
Rich is passionate about delivering high-quality assessments, treatments and rehabilitation plans for athletes, runners, gym-goers and those who prefer to get outside at their own pace. He holds a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Bath University and works within the NHS as a second-opinion physiotherapist.
He has a particular interest in adolescent pain and injury recognising that children require a different approach to adults.
Outside of the clinic, Rich enjoys running, playing tennis and hockey as well as taking part in a range of other sports. His own sporting background gives him first-hand insight into the challenges of training, performance, injury and rehabilitation. He is committed to helping people not only overcome injury but to enable them to return to activities they enjoy with greater confidence, resilience and increased long-term wellbeing.

Ella Spencer
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist & Soft Tissue Lead
Ella’s background in high-level sprinting, weight training and having a passion for helping people perform at their best, allows her to combine personal sporting experience with specialist clinical expertise to support every stage of rehabilitation.
As a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist, she has a particular interest in running-related injuries strength and conditioning as well as before and after surgery rehabilitation. Working with everyone from first-time runners and gym-goers to competitive athletes, Ella delivers evidenced-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual goals. Her approach focuses not only on resolving injury, but also on improving strength, movement quality, resilience and long-term performance.
